     Fairway Real Estate, was established in 2005 as a way to accommodate the many Taylor Mortgage clients that expressed to us a need for personal, professional and above all trustworthy help in not only lending but in but in the real estate transaction itself. Since opening Fairway Real Estate we have realized that a client is much happier providing personal and private information to far fewer people than in previous transactions. Most purchase transactions involve multiple layers of individuals processing information. With Fairway Real Estate agents, we have been able to minimize the number of people involved in the transaction. This assures the client minimum exposure to identification theft, fraud and may reduce the multiple layers of expense currently experienced by most buyers and sellers. Our transactions are not handled in the manner of the business as usual transactions. Ours are done in a much more streamlined way.
